ALL FILES MUST HAVE EXTENSIONS ADDED TO FILE NAMES (.eps, .pdf, etc.)

FILM SUPPLIED: Please ensure that all registration marks and trims are within 1/4” of the image area and an 1/8” all around when a full bleed is being used.

CAMERA READY: Include all screen values, photos or separations sized. If we are to do scans and separate, please include sizes and indicate placement.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Any supporting files used in document (photos, clipart, etc.) must be included as separate
files. For example, those files created in Adobe Illustrator, Freehand or Corel Draw.
2. Be sure you include a hard copy printout of the job, including a paginated folding dummy,
as well as color laser printouts. (We need to know exactly what the customer is expecting)
3. You must include all fonts, both screen and printer.
4. If scans are included in your file, be sure they are hi-res files scanned at the size they will
be on printed material and at least 300 dpi.
5. Be sure all colors are CMYK, Grayscale, or PMS Spot colors, no RGB files.

• ALL ILLUSTRATOR AND FREEHAND FILES MUST BE EXPORTED OR SAVED AS EPS FILES
WITH TEXT CONVERTED TO OUTLINES.
• PHOTOSHOP FILES SHOULD BE A MINIMUM OF 300 DPI AT 1 TO 1.
LINE ART & TYPE FILES SHOULD BE VECTOR (.EPS) FORMAT, PHOTOS SHOULD BE TIFF OR
EPS FORMATS. JPEG, GIF, BMP ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FORMATS.
• MICROSOFT PUBLISHER, WORD OR POWERPOINT AND MULTI-AD CREATOR ARE NOT
PREFERRED FORMATS. FILES SENT IN THESE FORMATS WILL BE RECONSTRUCTED IN
MORE STABLE PROGRAMS. CUSTOMER SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE
SENDING THESE FILES.
